For my university dissertation, I took on the challenge of addressing student well-being.
My goal was to develop a product that not only promotes better eating habits but also serves as a platform for students to delve into mindful living.
That's why I created a food box tailored specifically for students, offering not just nourishment but also an avenue for exploring mindful living practices.

Mindful Munch Cooking Class
As part of my campaign, I organised a cooking class to help students elevate their culinary skills.
The event was a hit, with high participation and great energy both in-person and through our Instagram live stream, which drew enthusiastic engagement.

Promotional material
To promote the cooking class, I used both social media platforms and posters. During the event itself, participants were provided Mindful Munch recipe cards and informative leaflets to take home, the leaflet also featured a QR code where participants could give feedback on the class.
